Craig Francis

| Director

Meet Craig Francis, our esteemed Chairman of the Board of Directors. With over twenty-eight (28) years of experience in the industrial sector, Craig is a seasoned General Contractor and accomplished entrepreneur. Currently, he serves as the Managing Director of C & C Expressions Ltd, C & C Professional Services Ltd, and C & C Farms, along with his brother Colin Francis. Their recent success includes the acquisition of Deryck A Gibson Ltd, a subsidiary of C & C Expressions Ltd.

Throughout his career, Craig has been involved in various construction projects, assuming roles such as General Contractor, Subcontractor, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Contractor for design-build projects, and Construction Project Manager. Craig’s years of experience and his involvement in key projects have earned him the title of the go-to person for solving the most challenging projects. With his years of experience and expertise, Craig has also achieved remarkable success in various projects. These include his contributions to the NWC water treatment plant rehabilitation, specifically in the electrical installation area, and the Sabina Park Lighting Project. As a skilled General Contractor, he has undertaken renovations of both historic and contemporary commercial buildings. He was also entrusted by renowned hotels namely, Jewel Grand, Hedonism III, and Boscobel Beach Hotel with the contract to provide electrical installation.

Craig’s journey in the industry began with his education at Wolmer’s Boys’ School, followed by further studies in Electrical Engineering at the College of Arts, Science, and Technology (CAST). His educational background positioned him for success and paved the way for his involvement as one of the major contractors for the historic Douglas Orane Auditorium at the Wolmer’s Boys’ School.

In addition to his professional achievements, Craig also served as the President of the Aquaculture Association of Jamaica for several years. During his tenure, he led the industry through challenging times, overseeing its growth and advancement.

Colin Francis

| Director

Colin Francis, Co-Chairman of the Board of Directors, is a Registered Professional Electrical Engineer with over twenty-eight (28) years of experience in the engineering sector. He currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer, Director, and Partner at Satyn Consultant Limited. In this role, he acts as the Lead Engineering Services Consultant for the company, specializing in Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing & Fire Systems. Colin also oversees the company’s operations, technical aspects, and overall management structure.

Beyond his role at Satyn Consultant Limited, Colin is an entrepreneur at heart. He has been involved in various business ventures and currently serves as the Managing Director of C & C Expressions Ltd, C & C Professional Services Ltd and C & C Farms.

Throughout his career, Colin has worked on numerous engineering projects for both commercial and residential development. Such as low-income housing, apartments, townhouses, villas and investment development. He has also provided services for (BPO) centres, schools, penitentiaries, airports, hotels, hospitals, and medical facilities. Over the years, Colin has provided various engineering solutions to several Government agencies such as; The University Hospital of the West Indies (UHWI), the National Housing Trust (NHT), The National Health Fund (NHF), The Jamaica Social Investment Fund (JSIF), The Port Authority of Jamaica (PAJ), the Tourism Enhancement Fund (TEF), the Financial Services Commission (FSC), and The Ministry of Industry, Investment and Commerce (MIIC). Colin also plays an integral role in the new Proposed House of Parliament for the Government of Jamaica.

Colin is an alumnus of Wolmer’s Boys’ School and holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) degree from the University of Technology. He also is an active member of the Jamaica Engineers Registration Board and the Association of Energy Engineers.

Kenneth Lawrence

| C.E.O.

Kenneth Lawrence has over twenty years (20) of experience in the industrial sector with a focus on Space and Ergonomic Designs, Facilities Maintenance and Support, Commercial Equipment Services, Consulting, and Project Management. His career journey has seen him take on leading roles at organizations such as FosRich Company Limited, Appliance Traders Limited, and Mod-Office by EHC Industries Limited.

In 2019, Kenneth assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Deryck A. Gibson Limited (DAG). He is a member of the Jamaica Institute of Engineers (JIE) and has previously served as the Vice President of the Portmore Pines Citizens Association.

As a proud alumnus of Calabar High School, Kenneth holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering (Power) and a Master’s degree in Business Administration.

In addition to his role as CEO at Deryck A. Gibson Limited, Kenneth Lawrence is also an advocate for driving the growth and modernization of Jamaica’s infrastructure through innovative solutions, a journey that DAG is embarking on. 

Eleanor Haisley

| General Manager

Eleanor Haisley has a passion for her work and the professional growth of her team. This commitment has guided her career journey, leading to her current role as General Manager at Deryck A. Gibson Limited (DAG), a position she has held since 2017.

Eleanor’s journey with DAG began in 2015 when she joined as an Administrative Manager. Her experience and knowledge in the construction industry have led her to hold several senior roles, including Executive Administrative Manager, General Manager at WNC Hardware, and General Manager at Paul Johnson Construction Limited. In these capacities, she demonstrated her skills in overseeing the daily operations of the organizations, showcasing her knowledge and expertise in the field.

Haisley holds a diploma in Electronic Data Processing from the College of Arts, Science, and Technology (CAST), now known as the University of Technology (UTECH). She is also a proud alumna of Immaculate Conception High School.
